Dry cured using sea salt then cold smoked over oak chippings to give a rich colour and delicate flavour.
Roasted in the hot smoker to give a succulent flavour with a flakey texture. Can be served cold in a salad or served warm in pasta. Each packet contains one Hot Smoked Salmon steak with a minimum weight of 125g per steak.
Hot Smoked Salmon with a knob of butter sealed together inside a bag. Boil for approximately 8 minutes.
A creamy pâté made with our hot smoked salmon, soft cheese, butter, and herbs. Makes a great snack on melba toast or crusty bread.
