Smoked Trout
Our trout are sourced from a local trout farm in Lincolnshire, with crystal clear stream water running through the farm producing strong and healthy farmed trout. We hot-smoke them over oak chippings to a deep golden colour. Great in a main course served cold or can be warmed to let the juice run. Two trout fillets per packet.
Smoked Mackerel
Caught in the North Sea, our mackerel are plump and rich in omega 3. Our mackerel are hot-smoked over oak to a pale gold colour. Can be served cold in a salad or warmed under the grill. Two fillets per packet.
